Author submits a review via an invitation on his/her dashboard within the ACS Paragon Plus Environment. This material will be examined by the Editor and often expert reviewers, and a decision is usually reached within two months. Authors must recommend at least five potential reviewers, who are experts in the field, at the time of submission of a proposal. The entire proposal should not exceed five pages and should be submitted as the manuscript file.
